-etapes generale pour faire une tache(objectife): initialisation,developpement(commencer realisation et arreter et reprendre a chaque fois on sait pas quoi faire (do sommenting instaed),finalisation et livrason,amelioration.

-essayer le faire seuelemnt selon avec tes ressources( temps que vous pouvez travaillez ,ce que vous saver les comptences que vous avez deja): so don't force ur selfe to do sommething that is more than your power

-ne prend un repos ou weekend qu'après terminer une tache  

- make a planing to every task or a goal in life 

-how can i do the task(or success in a goal) in the easiest way and quickly far away before the livraison date

- so the most important thing is to do the task in the shortest time: version 0 & start with easy task then the difficult one to complet quickly

-Il faut commencer doucement pour accélérer à la fin(avant le delai de livraison) comme le font les marathoniens.

1-the more important is to complete the task quickly not to do it the perfect way.

-Always start with the easy task for me(in what i'm talented in and know how to do it)

-The only way to improve ur self is passe to the limite of ur capacité  (comme la salle on s’entraine jusqu’a arriver la fatige/jusqu’a the failure):don't seelp until complet the task , or sleep just 2/3 hours when u complet the task then u sleep 5-8 hours.

-always put a planing and a timming to every things or objective you wanna do

(if u wanna be rich succesful charismas just behave as sommone who is rich succesful charismas: fake it until make it)

Lire tous le cour/corriger/ou se que vous dever apprendre just by eyes pour avoir la motivation et connaitre la duree pour terminer version 1 

Toujour terminer la version 1 tres rapidement apres commencer la version2 d’un projet si j’ai le temps

Every day one complete one version 1 of a task/devoir

always try to put a  deadline to anything(work, projects,tps..)

if it does not work in chatgbt search in google/stackoverflow

if succes 23 minutes * 2 + 10 minutes repos ,else 23 minutes + 5 minutes repos .

if sommething work don't change it, else add some improvement step by step.

focus on just one thing until you complete it:complet version 1 of a project/to do... then mov to sommething else you can return to the project to complet the final version
